RULES:

++ Only HQ sites will be accepted, this means sites with a good amount of content, working links, etc.
++ Your site must have a domain name or be hosted (no piczoo, myspace, msn groups, etc - ignore this rule if your site is Bullet For My Valentine related)
++ Your site must be frequently updated
++ You must link Ultimate Bullet BEFORE applying, if you don’t do that, you won’t be accepted. If you don’t hear from me within 10 days, you are welcome to remove the link.
++ No hate/porn/copycats
++ I expect you to notify me if you close your site, so that i can remove the link
++ If you want to be elite/top, your site must be extremely good and updated at least once each 3 days, Also, you must add me with a image/text link to your own top/elite before you apply, no drop boxes.
